The Golden Safety Pins – Terms & Conditions (Global)

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by WEASIE (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Open globally to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period
Valid for qualifying orders placed between 7PM 23 November 2025 and 7PM 14 December 2025.

4. How to Enter
Each completed purchase made on www.weasie.co.uk during the Giveaway Period counts as one automatic entry. No additional actions are required.

5. Prize
Two winners will each receive £500, donated either to their race fundraising page or to a registered charity of their choice. No alternative prizes or cash equivalents are available.

6. Return Condition
The prize will only be awarded if the winning order is not returned.
If the item(s) is returned within the applicable return or cooling-off period for the winner’s country, the entry becomes invalid and the prize will not be paid.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at checkout and must respond within 14 days. If a winner does not respond or returns the item(s), the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Payment
The Promoter will make the £500 donation to the winner’s chosen charity (must be a registered charity) or fundraising page (must be hosted on a registered fundraising platform) upon 30 days from receipt of order, once eligibility is confirmed. Local currency conversion will be applied where necessary.

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used only for administering the giveaway and will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR where relevant).

10. General
The Promoter may amend or cancel the giveaway if required due to circumstances beyond its control. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

    Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, orders will not be shipped on Bank Holidays.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

    All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are provided to us by our shipping partners. While we always aim for your order to arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs or other circumstances outside of our control.

    PRE-ORDER
    Please note that if any items in your order are on pre-order, the entire order will ship together on the pre-order date.

  • We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    ➔ In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
    ➔ Tags must be attached.
    ➔ Product must be in its original WEASIE packaging bag.
    ➔You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase.

    Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

    For UK orders, you can start a return through our WEASIE Returns Portal and for international orders please email hello@weasie.co.uk

    When returning through our portal a £4.95 return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, so your refund will be for the value of the returned item(s), less the £4.95 return shipping fee.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days. Once processed, please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via hello@weasie.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    Exchanges
    We don’t currently offer exchanges.
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase.
